Our talented team of engineers, software developers, and project managers collaborate on projects that range from theme park ride control systems to robotic manufacturing lines.What You’ll Do We’re looking for a hands-on Controls/Software Engineer to design, develop, and support PLC-based control systems for high-profile entertainment attractions, ride/show systems, and advanced automation solutions.You’ll be involved in all project phases—from control system design and programming to on-site commissioning and testing.Key ResponsibilitiesDevelop control software for entertainment and industrial systemsProgram and commission PLC-based automation systems (Rockwell, Siemens, Beckhoff)Support on-site FAT/SAT, test and adjust, and troubleshootingCollaborate with internal teams and clients in fast-paced project environmentsTravel to domestic/international project sites as required What We’re Looking For: Minimum Qualifications3+ years of experience in automation or controls engineeringProficient in Ladder Logic and/or Structured TextHands-on with one or more control platforms:Rockwell (Studio 5000, RSLogix)Siemens (TIA Portal, Step 7)Beckhoff (TwinCAT)Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (EE, Mechatronics, CS, ME, or related)Strong communication and troubleshooting skillsPreferred SkillsExperience in themed entertainment, ride/show control, or safety-critical systemsKnowledge of motion control, VFD commissioning, and real-time applicationsProgramming in C/C++, C#, or PythonHMI development using Ignition, FactoryTalk, Wonderware, or similarFamiliarity with network architecture, risk analysis, and safety systems Why Join Prism Systems?
