Production Transition Coordinator
Location: Middletown, RI (hybrid eligible – 3 days in office) Department: Executive General Business Hours: M-F: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. & Nights and Weekends as needed Shift: 40 hours per week. Managed by (Title): Sales Enablement Manager Compensation: $28.85 - $33.65 per hour FLSA Status: Non-Exempt Last Updated: 4/17/2026SummaryAs a Production Transition Coordinator, you will collaborate with our Sales Enablement Manager to onboard our incoming loan officers, sales managers and branch managers. Your day to day will mainly involve working directly with our new hires to ensure their current production is smoothly transferred to our systems throughout their first 90 days at Embrace. We are seeking gritty individuals who are customer service oriented, can think quick, problem solve, and thrive in a fast paced unpredictable environment.Knowledge, Experience And Skills RequiredTechnical Knowledge, Years of Related Experience, Skills, Licenses, and Systems Experience Education: Minimum of a high school diploma required. College Degree in Business or Finance preferred, but not required. Aspiring Loan Officer would be considered Experience : Minimum 1+ years of mortgage industry experience, loan officer assistant experience desired, and customer service facing experience required. Experience supporting a manager on a day to day basis and administrative duties required Skills: Ability to problem solve well, think quickly, deescalate concerned customers, emotional intelligence. Detail oriented with strong follow-up skills. Interpersonal skills that forge professional relationships and support, strong oral, verbal and written communication skills. Pipeline management Desired skillset in social media marketing and ability to gain customer interaction with such marketing techniques. Systems: Experience in using Empower Loan Management Software preferred but training is provided. Other systems/platforms are used daily such as Microsoft Office Suite, Adobe, DocuSign, Social Media, Incino (eSnapp), Total Expert and more. Training RequiredParticipate in additional training on sales, technology, products, procedures and pricing on an ongoing basis. Complete annual training as required by company policy and law on an annual basis in a timely manner.ResponsibilitiesLoan ProductionAssisting incoming production for loan officers transitioning – clients and borrowersAssist the Loan Officer with providing pipeline updates in the loan manufacturing processMaintain Loan Officer’s CRM to ensure prospects, active clients and closed loans are touched on a regular basis with the goal of identifying new referral activity.Assist in providing high level customer service to all parties involved on each individual loan that is originated, but not limited to: responding to referral partner and borrower calls.Will 100% require working after hours and/or weekends as needed to support Loan Officer production transitionSupport contact with new Loan Officers for first 60-90 daysMay be assigned to existing Loan Officers during high production periodsOrange Carpet OnboardingScheduling training for new Loan Officers/Sales Employees on a regular basisCommunication training facilitatorPreparing homeboarding packet for each Loan Officer and sending physical and electronic copyAttendance to designed alliance meetings before Loan Officer starts (Pre-hire support call)May need to attend Orange Carpet welcome dinner(s) with new Loan Officers/Sales EmployeesMiscellaneousMay assist in promoting and branding Loan Officer via various channels including social media and engaging customers and partners on social sites.Maintain a professional image and standards consistent with company policies and procedures to represent Embrace as a leading lender.Participate in branch/headquarter meetings that require attendance to increase knowledge of process updates professional development.Adhere to organizational policies and procedures to ensure effective and efficient results.Keep up to date with changing rules, regulations, and guidelines from FNMA, FHLMC, FHA, and VA in addition to other investors and agencies.Performing such duties and assuming other responsibilities as may be assigned. SPECIFIC ACTIVITIES Attend and participate in all Monthly Awards Ceremonies, Corporate Gatherings & Training Events. Read all newsletters and bulletins to remain current on corporate policies, procedures, and developments. DRIVER ELIGIBILITY GUIDELINES This position requires reliable transportation and the operation of a motor vehicle from time to time in order to perform your required job duties. Drivers must have a valid driver's license of the State they reside in. Additionally, drivers should have at least 2 years of driving experience and be at least 18 years old.
