Design To Fabric Wear: Where Ideas Become Wearable.---Role Description — Referral Marketing Salesperson (Remote)This is a remote, flexible-schedule position for a Referral Marketing Salesperson.You can work on your own time while helping expand brand visibility and increase sales.In this role, you will engage with customers to build brand awareness, identify and develop referral opportunities, build and maintain partnerships, and use marketing strategies to drive sales conversions. You will also track key performance metrics to measure success and provide insight on how each referral was obtained and which strategies were used.Collaboration with internal teams is important to ensure strategies align and deliver effective results.---QualificationsNo formal qualifications are required, but it helps if you’re skilled in:Strong sales ability and meeting/exceeding sales targetsReferral, influencer, or partnership marketingCommunication and interpersonal relationship-buildingUnderstanding of marketing funnels and customer psychologyAnalyzing performance metrics and making data-driven decisionsOrganization, time management, and attention to detailFamiliarity with CRM tools or tracking systemsBachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field (preferred)Experience in referral marketing, sales, or a similar role (a plus)---Payment OptionsThere are several ways you can earn money in this role:1. Act as an Agent (Markup Method)You may increase the price of products/services by adding your own fee.The customer pays the adjusted price, and the difference goes to you.2. Fee Included in Large OrdersFor bigger orders, you can add a referral or service fee into the total price.You get paid after the customer completes their payment.3. Sell Custom Graphic Apparel (Outsource to Us)You can sell custom shirts, hoodies, hats, etc., and outsource the production to us.You set your price, collect payment, and keep your profit margin.4. Bring Your Own MethodIf you have other creative ways to generate referrals, close sales, or build revenue, you are welcome to use them. We encourage independent strategy and innovation.
