Salary: $40000.00 - $60000.00 per year Benefits Annual Base Salary + Commission Mon-Fri Schedule Career Growth Opportunities Hands on Training Responsibilities Prospect warm leads through calls, emails and or text messaging. Complete daily lead goals by contacting and quoting new clients through Agency Zoom. Educate clients on insurance products and recommend coverage options that meet their needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. Conduct thorough needs assessments to identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling. Meet and or exceed sales targets and performance metrics consistently. Requirements Previous experience in the insurance industry is welcomed but not required. Strong understanding of insurance products and services is a plus. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
