You will be responsible for assisting clients with booking travel arrangements such as flights, hotels, car rentals, cruises, and tour packages. Daily tasks include coordinating reservations, providing exceptional customer service, advising on travel and accommodation options, and identifying opportunities for upselling related services. You will act as a resource to support clients throughout their travel planning and booking experience.QualificationsExperience with Reservations and Travel ArrangementsStrong Customer Service skills to provide unparalleled client satisfactionKnowledge of online travel systems and booking proceduresSales expertise and the ability to upsell travel packages and related servicesExcellent organizational and communication skillsHigh attention to detail and ability to multitask in a remote settingProficiency with travel booking platforms or software is a plusPrevious experience in the travel industry or a customer-facing role is preferredA passion for travel and extensive knowledge of various destinations
