Home Health Care Scheduler/Caregiver

Position Summary: We are seeking a reliable and organized Home Health Care Scheduler to join our team. This role is responsible for filling all vacant caregiver shifts and creating schedules that ensure seamless client care. The ideal candidate will be flexible, proactive, and ready to step in as a caregiver when last-minute coverage is needed. Key Responsibilities: Coordinate and fill all open caregiver shifts Create and manage schedules that promote consistent, high-quality care Serve as a backup caregiver in the event of last-minute call-offs or emergencies Work two weekends per month (with two weekdays off during those weeks) Requirements: Strong communication and organizational skills Previous scheduling and/or caregiving experience preferred Must be dependable and adaptable to last-minute changes Schedule: Full-time, with rotating weekend coverage Benefits Medical insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance
