This position focuses on following up on warm leads generated through referrals and ongoing marketing campaigns — no cold calling required.Responsibilities:· Follow up on leads provided by the company (referrals and active marketing)· Meet with homeowners to assess their remodeling needs· Guide clients through options, budgets, and project expectations· Coordinate with the production team to ensure a smooth handoff· Visit job sites as needed to maintain client confidence and clear communicationWhat We're Looking For:· Familiarity with all phases of residential remodeling and construction· Proven background in sales (preferably in home services or construction)· Clear, professional communication and problem-solving skills· Basic knowledge of construction estimating is helpful but not required· Reliable transportation and valid driver's license· Self-directed, detail-oriented, and organizedCompensation & Benefits:· Base pay + commission (negotiable based on experience — we're open to proposals)· Paid Time Off (PTO)· Gas allowance for work-related travel· Access to health insurance and retirement programs after 60 daysService Area & Schedule:Projects located throughout Snohomish County and surrounding areasFlexible hours, but availability for daytime client meetings is requiredHow to Apply:Please submit your resume, including work history and relevant experience.
