We specialize in working with early intervention and early childhood aged clients with an Autism Spectrum Disorder diagnosis.Manageable Caseload: Our BCBA supervisors have a very manageable caseload to support their client's full daytime hours in clinic, provide high level of on-site supervision, and support their behavior technicians for the highest level of treatment integrity.All of our services are provided at the center, so there is no travelling from home to home!If you are looking for an exciting opportunity to grow your career in ABA with the support of an awesome clinical team, please apply today!Minimum QualificationsPossess a minimum of a Masters degree or national equivalent with a major in psychology, special education, Applied Behavior Analysis, or related field of studyHave obtained certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) or Board Certified Behavior Analyst – Doctoral (BCBA-D) as verified through the Behavior Analyst Certification BoardA minimum of 1 year experience in working with children, adolescents, and/or adults with various special needs.Must be at least 21 years of ageAble to work 40 hours a week Monday through Friday 8:30am-4:30pmOne day a week available to work an afterschool shift (4:30-6:30pm)Be of good moral characterIs a compassionate, patient, and self-motivated individualJob ResponsibilitiesOversee ABA center-based programs and provide parent training and supportComplete weekly review and updates to client programming (including writing programs and creating materials)Running regular training meetings and monthly case reviews with clinical staffConduct behavioral and skills assessments and design treatment programs for clientsWork with and oversee Registered Behavior Technicians to implement individualized treatment plans as per company standards and BACB requirementsProviding supervision to BCBA superviseesCollect data and graph data as instructed using technological programs, such as Microsoft Excel or behavioral software (e.g., Central Reach)Provide support to the Clinical Director as necessary including interviewing and training BT staff, creating parent training materials, etc.Job Type: Full-timeBenefits:401(k)401(k) 4% Match401(k) matchingContinuing education creditsDental insuranceFlexible scheduleHealth insurancePaid time offProfessional development assistanceReferral programTuition reimbursementVision insuranceLicense/Certification: BCBA Certification (Preferred)
