Join our team, who serve a local population of approximately 35,000 residents in beautiful rural Eastern Oregon.Key ResponsibilitiesConduct comprehensive orthopedic physical exams and patient assessmentsDiagnose and treat acute and chronic musculoskeletal conditions and sports injuriesPerform clinical procedures including joint injections, aspirations, and splinting/castingOrder and interpret diagnostic imaging such as X-rays and MRIsDevelop and manage non-surgical treatment plans and post-operative recovery protocolsCollaborate with orthopedic surgeons and allied health staff for coordinated patient careProvide patient education regarding injury prevention and rehabilitationMaintain accurate and timely EMR documentationQualificationsGraduate of an accredited Nurse Practitioner program (required)Current NP or PA licensure (required)Board certification or board eligibility (required)Comfort with and interest in practicing in a rural community settingCompensation & BenefitsCompetitive base salary ($170,000-$173,000)Quality incentives up to $18.5K$20K commencement bonus$8,000 annual CME allowance, including licensing, dues, subscriptions, and paid CME timeStudent loan repaymentFull benefits package including 401K with employer matchPaid malpractice / professional liability coverageRelocation supportNo after-hours call requirementsPTO
