This is an opportunity to work as part of a nationally integrated team representing financial institutions, lenders, and sophisticated borrowers in complex real estate lending transactions.The ideal candidate will have 3–8 years of law firm experience handling commercial real estate finance matters, including loan origination, structuring, documentation, and closing. Experience with balance sheet lending transactions is preferred but not required. This role offers meaningful client interaction, early responsibility, and collaboration across multiple offices. xaygatp ResponsibilitiesRepresent lenders and institutional clients in commercial real estate finance transactionsDraft and negotiate loan documents, security instruments, and related transaction materialsConduct due diligence and manage transaction closingsCollaborate with attorneys across offices on national real estate finance mattersCommunicate directly with clients, opposing counsel, and transaction stakeholdersQualifications3–8 years of real estate finance experience at a law firmStrong drafting, negotiation, and analytical skillsExcellent academic credentialsAbility to manage multiple transactions simultaneouslyStrong teamwork and communication skillsActive bar admission in the jurisdiction of practice (or ability to become admitted)CompensationExpected salary range (select major markets): $260,000 – $550,000, depending on experience, qualifications, and location.
