Senior Customer Service (print industry) $55K-$65K
We are seeking an experienced Senior Customer Service Specialist to join a collaborative, team‑based print manufacturing environment supporting customers in regulated industries such as medical device, pharmaceutical, and food. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy and enjoys being the central point of coordination between customers, sales, and production.Duties:As a key member of a small, high‑performing customer service team, you will:Serve as the primary in‑house contact for assigned customers and outside sales representatives, managing a defined book of businessCommunicate with customers primarily via email (80%) and phone (20%) regarding order status, proofs, specifications, estimates, shipping details, and issue resolutionOrganize and manage sales order information, including creation of detailed internal specification documentsAccurately enter orders into the order management system, ensuring precision and completenessCollaborate closely with production, sales, and quality teams to ensure orders are planned and executed correctlyAttend daily production meetings to support workflow, priorities, and delivery commitmentsFollow established ISO and cGMP quality procedures and work instructions within a regulated manufacturing environmentRequirements:3+ years of experience in Customer Service or Account ManagementExperience in printing, labels, packaging, or custom manufacturing environmentsHigh attention to detail with strong accuracy in data entry and order processingExcellent organizational and time management skillsProficiency with Microsoft Word and ExcelAbility to succeed in a fast‑paced, custom manufacturing settingHigh school diploma required (college degree preferred)Additional Details:Schedule: Monday-Friday, full‑time 8am - 4:30pmLocation: 100% onsite - Saint PaulType: Direct‑hirePay: $26 - $31/hr, plus annual bonus eligibility (target ~$4K)There is no selling in this role.
