Founders, Inc. is a 40k+ sq ft invite-only founder campus at Fort Mason in San Francisco. We run year-round programs, sprints, guest passes, and events that bring thousands of builders through the campus each year. We invest in 50+ companies a year.We’re building out the Ecosystem team at Founders, Inc. This is an early, hands-on role focused on campus experience and programming: welcoming new builders, keeping programs and events running smoothly, and making sure even a random Tuesday feels alive.You’ll work closely with me (Adrianna) on the Ecosystem team and partner with others across the campus to help keep the space warm, organized, and running well. This is an on-site role in San Francisco.What you're responsible for:Run the weekly campus rhythmYou'll own the weekly schedule and make sure it actually happens - kickoffs, midweek events, Friday Ship-Its. Keep the calendar accurate and visible. Send simple weekly comms so builders always know what's happening.Make onboarding and drop-ins effortlessRun tours and first-day onboarding. Be the main builder-facing point of contact on-site. Keep a strong resident core so the campus feels warm and alive every day.Run program operations end-to-endWhen programs are live, you own the operational backbone: onboarding, weekly cadence, reminders, accountability loops, demo and festival week logistics, follow-up, feedback collection.Bring in great speakers and mentorsDecide who we should bring in and why. Handle scheduling and logistics. Prep speakers so sessions are actually useful. Track follow-ups.Build and maintain systems so nothing falls through the cracksWrite playbooks, checklists, and templates so execution is repeatable. Keep comms organized - get the right info to the right people at the right time. You should be comfortable with Slack, Notion, Airtable, and basic automations. Bonus if you're into low-code tools or AI agents - or just willing to learn.What success looks like:Our programs are good. We want them to be great.
