CNC Machinist
We are looking for a CNC Machinist with setup and operation of multiple CNC machines, including lathes, milling machines, and mill‑turn equipment, to produce precision parts that meet strict internal and external quality requirements.The ideal candidate is an experienced machinist with proven multi‑axis machining experience, capable of working independently while supporting and guiding less experienced machinists.Our organization is dedicated to providing a supportive, team-oriented environment where you can thrive.Compensation Range depending on experience: $24.29 to $29.39We OfferCompetitive compensation and benefits designed to recognize your contributions.A clean, safe, and welcoming workplace with a strong sense of community.Ongoing training and development opportunities to help you reach your full potential.Essential Duties And ResponsibilitiesMachine a variety of moderate to complex components in full compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.Set up CNC equipment proficiently, ensuring accurate tooling, fixturing, and program readiness. Load parts, operate machine controls, and set offsets to achieve precise machining operations. Operate two CNC machines simultaneously, maintaining productivity and quality requirements. Perform advanced program edits, including modifying locations, chamfers, and incorporating additional tooling as needed. Diagnose and resolve issues related to materials, parts, tooling, and machining processes. Maintain machines, tooling, and work areas in clean, organized, and optimal working condition. Adhere to all safety procedures and safe operating practices when utilizing equipment and tools. Inspect moderately complex parts using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, Sunnen gages, optical comparators, indicators, CMMs, Oasis systems, and other approved tools. Conduct part and gauge checks as necessary to ensure adherence to specifications. Perform basic calibration and verification of tools and inspection equipment as required. Read, interpret, and follow routers and certification paperwork for each assignment. Demonstrate solid competency in reading and interpreting technical drawings and blueprints. Uphold strict security and confidentiality of all files and proprietary information.
