The Senior Accounting & Reporting Manager role is in the Financial Reporting & Accounting Team, which is part of the Company’s Consolidation Group. This team is responsible for leading the collection, consolidation & reporting of actuals as well as the maintenance of the Company’s Financial Consolidation (FC) reporting systems.Function-Related Activities/Key ResponsibilitiesThe key responsibilities of this role include the following:External And Internal Financial ReportingCollaborate with assigned accounting locations to ensure alignment and continuous improvement of the financial close processBuild & maintain relationships with global locations by communicating jointly-developed standards, projects, & enhancementsProvide accounting & system guidance to locations to ensure financial statements are free from material errorsReview the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow submissions & associated narratives as well as follow up on & resolve questions/issues independentlyUnderstand & log all material identified financial statement errors & coordinate with locations to facilitate timely correctionsAnalyze & provide insights related to the quarterly balance sheet & cash flow results to senior management, FP&A, and Investor Relations Prepare and/or review information used for external reporting (Earnings Release, 10-Q, 10-K) & support the SEC filing each quarterSupport leadership team with ad hoc requestsSupport the quarterly and yearly external auditDrive continuous process improvementConsolidation System StewardshipUnderstand system functionality, including the impact to consolidated results & reportingSupport updates to the Financial Consolidation (FC) system, including testing & reviewsEducation RequirementsBachelor’s degree requiredCPA preferredRelated Work Experience5+ years of relevant work experience; public accounting experience preferredStrong accounting & U.S. GAAP knowledge requiredFinancial analysis & reporting experience preferredExperience with Power BI or other data visualization tools (preferred but not required)Strong systems knowledge, exposure, or aptitude (SAP Financial Consolidation preferred)Leadership Behaviors: Drive Innovation: Generate new or unique solutions and embrace new ideas that help sustain our business (encompassing everything from continuous improvement to new product and package innovation)Collaborate with System, Customer, and Other Stakeholders: Develop and leverage relationships with stakeholder to appropriately stretch and impact the System (Company and Bottler)Act Like an Owner: Deliver results, creating value for our brands, our System, our customers, and key stakeholdersInspires Others: Demonstrate passion for the business, and give people a reason to believe anything is possibleDevelop Self and Others: Develop self and support others’ development to achieve full potentialGrowth BehaviorsGrowth Mindset: Demonstrates curiosity.
