Responsibilities and Duties include:Schedules and assigns work assignments to the team and oversees completion of tasks Trains and guides staff on job duties, proper food safety, and sanitation procedures, customer service, etc. Prepares and builds food items according to standardized recipes and directions Setting the team up for success by preparing the condiments and utensil areas Breaks down, cleans and sanitizes work stations Contributing to a positive work environment Demonstrating integrity, dependability, and punctuality Maintaining a professional appearance, positive attitude, and excellent guest service Following food safety requirements/guidelines Assists in daily paperwork, ordering and other related tasks Other tasks assigned by the leadership team Who we are:Taher, Inc. is a family-owned and operated, chef-driven, food service management company specializing in K-12 school lunch management in our growing nationwide footprint.
