Your work will help children feel seen, heard, and supported as they move toward brighter futures.ResponsibilitesDeliver therapeutic services including individual, group, and family therapyProvide timely crisis intervention and emotional supportCollaborate with a multidisciplinary treatment team to ensure coordinated careComplete initial treatment plans within 30 days of admissionUpdate treatment plans every 180 days and maintain weekly progress notesPrepare discharge summaries and ensure smooth transitions out of careRequirementsMaster's level clinician with a degree in social work, mental health counseling - with diagnostic privilege (LMHC,LMSW); Licensure or limit-permit requiredBilingual in the Spanish language required.
