Warehouse Forklift Operator
Job SummaryEmployee will be responsible for the safe and efficient process of all warehouse duties. The employee will also comply with warehouse procedures and utilize proper paperwork, and will assist with warehouse inventories. Duties will also include the receiving/shipping of all in-bound and out-bound materials and packages.Responsibilities And DutiesEnsure all damaged units are repaired dailyEnsure all finished goods meet or exceed customer's shipping requirementsEnsure that all trailers inbound or outbound pass inspectionComplete trailer inspection form for all shipmentsInspect all inbound and outbound shipments for damageEnsure that all trailer tires are chocked before loading or unloadingLoading and unloading of all trailers in a timely mannerAssist in the preparation of Pick Tickets, Bills of Lading, Work Orders, etc., as necessaryEnsure all incoming shipments are complete and all paperwork is correct and completedEnsure that all deliveries are logged and delivered to the correct person. Complete or assist in daily monthly and yearly inventoriesSweep, and maintain warehouse in an orderly fashion within accordance to Third Party regulations/guidelinesEnsure chocks and safety materials (Glad Locks, Load Locks, etc,) are stored properlyEnsure Forklift(s) is maintained in a safe operating condition. (Daily/Weekly Inspections)Maintain access to dock doors (snow removal, debris, etc.)Assist with putting away night stockAssist co-workers where neededQualifications and SkillsHigh-school diploma or equivalent (GED)Minimum two years of prior forklift experienceMust complete Parker Plastics Forklift Certification/License program within 90 days, if not already certifiedMust be able to life 50 pounds regularlyPowered by JazzHRDSzIbINqKU
