Responsibilities include talent development, recruitment, performance oversight, and ensuring strong delivery discipline across the portfolio. The role typically leads Tier 2 and Tier 3 projects with moderate‑to‑high complexity and risk, may lead Tier 1 initiatives, and often manages multiple projects simultaneously with medium‑ to long‑term delivery horizons.
