Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.Hourly: Starting at $23.02 - $29.64 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.Annual Starting Comp: $47,882 - $61,651Benefits30% housing discount eligible.Annual PTO including: 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.Bi-annual regional sales, service, and performance awards.
