Must have intermediate competency with HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliance repair, painting, and carpentry. Must be available to be part of a rotating on call schedule for after hours and weekend emergency response.Compensation: Our company considers a range of factors including education and experience when determining base compensation.Hourly: Starting at $23.02 - $29.64 per hour, depending on years of experience, tenure, and location.Annual Starting Comp: $47,882 - $61,651Benefits30% housing discount eligible.Annual PTO including: 1 hour of paid sick and safe time for every 30 hours worked, 10 days of paid vacation time accrued bi-weekly, 6 weeks of paid parental leave, 10 paid holidays annually, and up to 3 floating days.Bi-annual regional sales, service, and performance awards. Cellphone stipend of $40/month, annual shoe/accessory allowance, and tuition assistance.For more information, visit: Benefits!Your SkillsMinimum of 2 years’ experience with multifamily residential, commercial or hotel maintenanceFamiliarity with building safety systems including the fire systems (sprinklers/alarms)Ability to use smart devices and property management software for maintaining accurate records and work order completionAdvanced knowledge of hand tools and basic power toolsSupport the company’s values and cultures by providing exceptional service to teammates and residentsTroubleshoot, diagnose, repair, and apply preventative measures with apartment homes, common areas, mechanical rooms, plumbing, electrical and appliance areasRequirementsSite specific certifications such as:EPA Type II preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start dateCPO (Certified Pool Operator) preferred or ability to become certified within 90 days of start dateAbility to work a flexible schedule, some weekend work and ability to participate in the on-call rotationsThe company participates in the federal government’s E-Verify program, which confirms employment authorization of all newly hired employees through an electronic database maintained by the Social Security Administration and Department of Homeland Security.
