This position supports both case management services and billing functions, helping ensure effective client care coordination and accurate administrative and financial processes. The ideal candidate is organized, professional, and able to work efficiently in a behavioral health setting. Key Responsibilities Case Management Support Duties Assist case managers with coordinating client services and follow-up care Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records in the electronic health record (EHR) system Assist with scheduling appointments and communicating with clients as directed Support care coordination with internal staff and external providers Ensure required documentation is completed accurately and timely Maintain HIPAA compliance and client confidentiality at all times Billing & Administrative Duties Assist with medical and behavioral health billing tasks, including claim preparation and submission Verify client demographic and insurance information for accuracy Track billing documentation and follow up on missing or incomplete information Assist with payment posting and basic billing reconciliation as assigned Communicate with billing staff, insurance companies, and internal departments as needed Maintain organized billing records and assist with audits or reviews Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required Experience in a medical office, behavioral health setting, case management support, or billing preferred Knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes is a plus Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills Ability to maintain professionalism and confidentiality Basic computer skills and familiarity with electronic health records Schedule & Benefits Full-time position Monday through Friday On-site position in Austintown, Ohio Paid Time Off (PTO) available after 90 days of employment Mileage reimbursement provided when driving is required for work-related duties Comprehensive Behavioral Health Associates is an equal opportunity employer committed to providing quality care and professional growth.
