A successful candidate has acquired a wide range of knowledge regarding the natural gas business and is capable of interacting with customers at all levels within our organization. The ability to impact the achievement of customer, functional, operational, project or service objectives and resolve sophisticated problems that improve performance, efficiency and safety are keys to success!Your work will challenge you, and with our Core Values to guide you, you’ll quickly learn and grow with us.Responsibilities/Expectations:Anticipates internal/external customer needs; assesses requirements and identifies resolutions to non-standard requestsAccounts for projects or programs with moderate risks and resource requirementsIdentifies and estimates contributors to costs, accurately forecasts financial information, makes prudent decisions regarding expenditures, and uses financial and quantitative information to guide actions and performanceConducts research and analysis to identify, evaluate, recommend, and pursue new growth opportunities that will augment our existing business and expand business opportunities into other segmentsBenchmarks post-transaction operating results and assists in the development of acquisition long-range forecastsDemonstrates knowledge of commercial aspects of the energy industry; understands energy market fundamentals, trends, and economics across the industryDevelops opinions and challenges recommendations on basin, customer and competitor intelligence based off third party tools and publications, and coordinates with investment banks to understand and evaluate potential transactionsOther duties as assignedEducation/Years of Experience:We welcome candidates with a variety of backgrounds and experiences — if you don’t meet every qualification, this role may be filled at a level that aligns with your skills and growth potential  Required: Bachelors degree in Business, Engineering, or related area of study; a minimum seven (7) years' related experiencePreferred: MBAOther Requirements:Demonstrates excellent organizational/interpersonal skills and safety as the utmost priorityProficiency in Microsoft Office Applications and PC skillsKnowledge of upstream, midstream, or downstream assetsExperience with asset development, Manages large and small projects and transactions with some supervision. Capable of interacting with customers at all levels within their organization and has wide range of knowledge regarding the natural gas business. Can negotiate transactions with supervision. Has a working understanding of deal structure, contract terms, financial issues, and other aspects of project development.
