BIM Modeler/Engineer

Job description:Key Responsibilities:Develop and manage BIM models for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systemsCollaborate with design and engineering teams to integrate BIM models effectively.​Ensure compliance with project specifications and standards.​Assist in clash detection and resolution within the BIM environment.​Support the coordination and documentation of design changes.​Drawing Production: Generating 2D drawings, shop drawings, and coordination drawings from the 3D model.Clash Detection: Identifying and resolving conflicts between different MEP systems and other building elements.Data Integration: Integrating data from various disciplines into the BIM model.Model Management: Managing and organizing BIM model files and ensuring proper version control.Documentation: Generating reports and documentation related to BIM models.Quality Control: Performing quality control checks to ensure models meet established standards.Required Skills:Proficiency in BIM software like Revit MEP and AutoCAD.Knowledge of MEP systems and their integration within a building project.Understanding of BIM principles, standards, and workflows.Strong communication and collaboration skills.Problem-solving skills to identify and resolve design clashes.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
