plans that meet State standards and individual student needs.Use a variety of instructional strategies (e.g., direct instruction, collaborative learning, project-based learning) to address diverse student abilities in 7th-12th grade.Develop assessments aligned with curriculum goals and standards, and use results to guide instruction.Differentiate instruction to support all learners, including ELL, SPED, gifted, and diverse learners, ensuring inclusion of all students.D15%Student Engagement and Growth:Foster a classroom environment that encourages critical thinking, problem-solving, and active participation.Guide students in developing their reading, writing, listening, and speaking skills through relevant, real-world applications.Regularly evaluate students' academic progress and Secondary English Language Arts (Grades 7-12).TECHNICAL SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE, AND ABILITIES:Strong understanding of the Colorado State Standards for English Language Arts.Proven ability to differentiate
