Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Tailor located in San Diego, CA, with some flexibility for remote work. Responsibilities include altering and making garments, performing fittings to ensure a perfect fit, and addressing customer needs with professionalism and care. The role also involves creating custom designs through skilled dressmaking techniques and maintaining a high standard of craftsmanship. Qualifications Proficient in Tailoring and Dressmaking, with the ability to construct and alter various types of garmentsExperience with Fitting techniques to ensure optimal garment adjustmentsStrong skills in Communication and Customer Service to interact effectively with clients and understand their needsAttention to detail, steady hand-eye coordination, and the ability to work with precisionExperience working in a retail or tailoring setting is a plusAbility to work independently and in a hybrid (on-site and remote) setting
