That means ensuring continued growth and development opportunities to help you hone your craft and extend your expertise with us.PrerequisitesRole expectations:Must have current CDLExpectations Of The RoleUnderstands and models our Company’s Basic Beliefs and Our Commitment to Each OtherEnsure all trailers are spotted at loading / unloading docks as necessaryMust seal trailers coming from dock doors before they are taken to the drop lotMaintain drop lot in an organized manner to ensure an efficient flow of incoming / outgoing trafficResponsible for drop lot trailer inventories (cycle counts)Properly maintain necessary equipmentSafely operate equipment and maintain proper licensing requirements (CDL)Qualify on step-up cardResponsible for all other jobs as assigned and flow to the work as necessary to meet department and plant needsCan function within SQMS principlesCommunicationTeam, department, and plant meetings Shift overlap with oncoming/outgoing team members Properly gives and receives feedbackPerformance Tracking & TrainingTeam scorecardSystems And StandardsBe accountable for the team’s scorecard results Be accountable for plant policies and proceduresThe Right Place for YouWe are bold, kind, strive to do the right thing, we play to win, and we believe in a strong community that thrives together.
