Advanced Algorithm Intern

Description Join our Advanced Algorithms team as a Summer Intern! Work on cutting-edge research in advanced computational methods and technologies. You'll investigate and characterize next-generation solutions against current best-known methods. This is a hands-on role where you'll collect data using KLA tools and software, analyze and summarize results, and help automate analysis workflows. Responsibilities Innovate next-generation ML solutions to accelerate electromagnetic solvers with HPC What We're Looking For Education Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field. Technical Expertise Strong background in computational methods for physics simulations (electromagnetics preferred) Expertise on graph compute methods for HPC Expertise in machine learning for physics-based problems (e.g., Fourier Neural Operator, Physics-Informed Neural Networks) is a plus Programming Skills Proficiency in C++, Pytorch/JAX/Tensorflow. Other Skills Excellent data visualization and communication abilities. Minimum Qualifications Currently pursuing a Ph.D. in Physics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
