Validation Technician

We are seeking a skilled Validation & Testing Technician to support the development, integration, and testing of advanced aircraft subsystems within a lab environment. This role is hands-on and focused on building, modifying, and troubleshooting electrical systems used for validation and performance testing. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, exceptional attention to detail, and experience working in high-quality, safety-driven engineering environments.What You’ll DoSupport the build and setup of aircraft subsystem integration and test labsRead and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and electrical symbolsRepair, replace, and install aircraft subsystem components in a lab environmentFabricate, assemble, and test wiring harnesses for validation, debugging, and testing purposesPerform ring-out, continuity, and functional testing of electrical systemsAssist in troubleshooting subsystem integration and performance issuesMaintain accurate documentation for lab modifications, repairs, and equipment upgradesInspect work completed by other technicians to ensure quality, accuracy, and compliance with specificationsFollow strict safety, cleanliness, and quality standards in all lab and testing activitiesWhat You NeedMinimum of 3-5 years of experience as an Electrical Technician in aviation, aerospace, or a similar technical industryStrong understanding of avionics systems and aircraft subsystems operation and troubleshootingHands-on experience with wire cutting, splicing, crimping, and wiring harness fabricationAbility to read and interpret electrical schematics and technical drawingsHigh attention to detail with strong commitment to quality and precision workAbility to safely install, replace, and validate subsystem components in a lab environmentStrong safety mindset and adherence to engineering and lab protocols TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
