Our team is distributed across hubs in Austin, São Paulo, and Buenos Aires, and we are deeply focused on building intuitive, high-impact solutions that make a real difference for our users.Sales Manager at HandoffWe're hiring a Sales Manager to build and scale Handoff's sales function into a high-performance, predictable revenue engine — with full ownership across outbound, inbound, re-engagement, and expansion motions.In this role you'll design and run the core sales operating system: hiring and developing reps, building pipeline generation engines, improving inbound conversion, and partnering with Customer Success on account expansion. You'll own forecasting, performance management, and the playbooks that make results repeatable.This role is ideal for someone who has built a sales function from scratch before — not just managed within one.
