This role partners closely with business stakeholders, project management, and development teams to translate complex operational requirements into scalable, high-quality technical solutions and insightful visual metrics.Required Skills: 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst, Systems Analyst, or Data Analyst in complex technical environments. 5+ years of hands-on experience in database design, development, and data analysis. Advanced SQL query development skills with strong knowledge of relational database principles. Proficiency in Microsoft SQL Server, Microsoft Access, and Excel. Experience with Informix; familiarity with Attachmate Reflection is a plus. Demonstrated experience supporting redesign or enhancement of Case Management or Case Tracking Systems. Strong technical documentation skills, including requirements validation, verification, and formal technical writing. Ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously and perform effectively under tight deadlines. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage both technical and non-technical stakeholders .Responsibilities:Lead project execution from initiation through implementation and post-deployment support. Elicit, analyze, and document detailed business and system requirements; facilitate stakeholder review and obtain formal sign-off. Translate complex business processes and data needs into functional specifications, technical requirements, reporting logic, and visualization outputs. Collaborate with development teams to ensure solution design aligns with documented business and technical requirements. Develop quality assurance metrics to measure deliverables and validate system outputs. Identify and prepare test data; plan and execute User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to support enhancement sign-off. Analyze operational data and perform data validation to ensure accuracy, integrity, and completeness. Support special projects through targeted data collection, analysis, and reporting. Produce management reports and facilitate timely dissemination of project and operational information. Influence and define requirements for future system enhancements and database development initiatives. Coordinate assignments with project managers, developers, and consultants to establish timelines and ensure adherence to project deadlines. Partner closely with the Project Director and Project Manager to ensure timely and high-quality deliverables.
