Investment Banking Analyst Programme (Graduate Role) — New YorkWe're recruiting on behalf of a leading global investment bank — consistently ranked among Wall Street's most prestigious — seeking exceptionally talented students for their New York Analyst Programme. This is a rare opportunity to work at the heart of global finance, advising corporate executives and institutional clients on the transactions that shape industries.As an Investment Banking Analyst, you will:Work directly with senior bankers and clients across sectors including financial institutions, healthcare, technology, media & telecom, consumer & retail, and energy & natural resourcesConduct rigorous financial and commercial analysis to support M&A, capital markets, and strategic advisory mandatesBuild detailed financial models, including DCF, LBO, merger, and trading/transaction comparables analysesPrepare pitch books, client presentations, and transaction materials for board-level stakeholdersSupport live deal execution, from due diligence through to closing, working alongside legal counsel, accountants, and client teamsCollaborate within high-performing, diverse teams in a fast-paced, intellectually demanding environmentWho We're Looking For:Penultimate or final year undergraduate students from any US university, any majorA minimum 3.5 GPA (or equivalent academic standing)Full US work authorization — you must have the right to work in the United States without employer sponsorshipOutstanding analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving abilityStrong commercial awareness and genuine interest in financial markets, deals, and how capital flows shape industriesClear, structured communication — both written and verbalStrong attention to detail and the ability to produce high-quality work under tight deadlinesProven leadership, teamwork, or entrepreneurial experience (academic, extracurricular, or professional)Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; prior finance coursework or relevant internship experience strongly preferredCompensation & Location:Base salary: competitive with top-tier Wall Street firms (typically $110,000–$120,000 for first-year analysts), plus performance-based bonusComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, 401(k) with match, and wellness programsBased in New York City (Midtown / Lower Manhattan)
