The lead will communicate effectively, giving verbal feedback to supervisors, other departments and co-workers. Lead must be dependable, self-motivated and willing to come in early and stay late when necessary. Must be able to work all shifts, including weekends, and available for overtime. Tasks include standing, walking, bending, stretching, climbing, pushing, pulling, lifting and reaching. These positions work in a cold, damp environment or a hot, humid environment and slippery surfaces.RequirementsExperience in the hides/tannery division required. Written and verbal communication skills to be able to provide feedback to management team. Must be able to work flexible hours. Candidates with 6 or more attendance points and/or any suspension discipline on file within last 12 months at the time of posting will not be considered. This position is slated for team members who are currently working at this facility or complex only. Team members interested in transferring into this position from another Tyson facility should express interest through their local HR partner.
