Program Control AnalystEverforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Control Analyst to work in a hybrid remote/onsite capacity, with minimum of 3 business days onsite at our Fairfax, VA corporate office and/or our Ashburn, VA customer site.Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.Position OverviewEverforth ECS Federal is seeking a Program Control Analyst to join our team and provide comprehensive financial and programmatic support to our federal government clients. The ideal candidate will have well rounded experience in program control functions, including budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis, and performance reporting within a government contracting environment.Responsibilities:Lead program control activities including budgeting, forecasting, Estimate at Completion (EAC) development, and variance analysisPrepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including cost and schedule performance metricsMonitor contract funding, burn rates, and provide recommendations for corrective actionsDevelop and maintain Work Breakdown Structures (WBS) and charge number structuresCoordinate with Program Managers, Project Managers, and functional leads to ensure accurate financial tracking and reportingPrepare and review contract deliverables including CDRLs, status reports, and financial exhibitsSupport proposal development including BOE preparation, pricing, and cost volume developmentAnalyze subcontractor costs and ensure compliance with contract requirementsIdentify and communicate financial risks and opportunities to leadershipEnsure compliance with FAR, DFAR, and company policies and proceduresMentor and guide junior program control analystsSalary Range: $70,000-91,000General Description of BenefitsUS CitizenshipBe able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust (elevated) clearance from the Dept. of Homeland Security that requires the ability to pass a stringent background checkBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field2-4+ years of experience in program or project control, financial analysis, or related field within a government contracting environmentProficiency with financial management systems (e.g., Deltek Costpoint, Oracle)Strong understanding of federal government contract types (FFP, T&M, Cost-Plus, CPFF, CPIF)Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other MS Office applicationsExcellent analytical, organizational, and communication skillsAbility to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
