We're a nationally recognized, award-winning architecture, engineering, and construction firm known for a dynamic company culture that fosters innovation and challenges the status quo, and we're looking for a talented professional to join our team.Essential ResponsibilitiesDeveloping and reviewing plan sets, quantity estimates, and reportsPreparing plans, specifications, and cost estimates in accordance with IDOT and local agency standardsMaintaining project budgets and schedulesHybrid work, 3 days in Darien office requiredParticipating in business development opportunities, including writing technical proposals, scopes of work, and developing fee estimatesBackground & Experience ExpectationsBachelor's degree (or higher) in Civil Engineering or similar discipline from an accredited college or universityLicensed Professional Engineer in the State of IllinoisMinimum of 10+ years of related design and Project Management experienceProven ability to lead successful teams, internally and externallyProven ability to build effective business relationshipsEstablished and positive industry reputationExcellent written and oral communication skillsProficient in MicroStation, Geopak, and OpenRoads Designer, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Salary Range$125,000 - $175,000.
