Marketing Specialist - RAMPQuest
Overview:
RAMPQuest (a part of the Knowledge Business Services Family of Businesses) is seeking a Marketing Specialist to support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives across campaigns, digital channels, and events. This role is highly execution-focused and will serve as a key operational partner to the RAMPQuest Brand Marketing Manager. This role requires someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys turning strategy into action.
Responsibilities:
Support the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns
Build and deploy emails, landing pages, and workflows in HubSpot
Coordinate content, creative, and digital assets needed for campaign launches
Assist in tracking campaign performance and compiling reports
Ensure timelines and deliverables stay on track
Execute the RAMPQuest social media calendar across platforms
Track performance metrics and provide insights for optimization
Collaborate with design and content team members to produce engaging assets
Coordinate logistics for trade shows, conferences, and sponsored events
Maintain and update lists, workflows, and automation within HubSpot
Assist with CRM data hygiene and segmentation
Build basic reports and dashboards to support campaign analysis
Ensure marketing assets are properly tagged and tracked
Work closely with sales, leadership, and subject matter experts to gather inputs
Qualifications:
3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably in B2B or technology environments
Hands-on experience with HubSpot (email builds, workflows, landing pages, lists)
Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns
Familiarity with social media management tools and analytics platforms
Experience supporting event logistics (trade shows, webinars, conferences)
Strong project management and organizational skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
Proficient in Microsoft Office
