In this role, you'll handle all administrative tasks from contract to close, including managing escrow documentation, scheduling inspections and repairs, obtaining seller approvals for offers and counteroffers, and maintaining up-to-date records through accurate data entry.Strong communication skills and a genuine enjoyment of working with people are essential.
