We are a boutique, performance-driven automotive company specializing in sports and luxury vehicles—built for people who care about what they drive.Alongside the dealership, we've built Premiere Service & Performance (PSP)—a full-service and performance-focused shop designed to handle everything from routine maintenance to performance modifications and builds.We are growing—and we're building the team the right way.What We're BuildingOur goal is simple; keep the shop busy, the work consistent, and the projects exciting.Aiming to build a team of 4–5 elite technicians and a dedicated 12V Audio / LED SpecialistConsistent workflow from:Internal dealership inventory (20–30+ vehicles monthly)Routine service and maintenance (all makes and models)Repeat customers and strong referral baseExtended Service Contracts (ESC)Our StandardWe are looking for a Lead / Master Technician who can operate at a high level.Diagnostic Authority and expertise is a non-negotiable Must HaveASE Certifications are favored with automotive trade school graduationAbility to Navigate through our CRM - Shopmonkey / PartstechWilling to communicate with ESC claims and with adjusters/inspectorsProvide clear diagnostic direction and solve problems efficiently, the first attemptHighly Proficient in electrical and powertrain repair and diagnosisProvide Scanners and Personal required tools (shop scanners and tools available)Help grow & develop mid-level techsValid Illinois driver's license and clean driving record requiredComfortable working on a mix of maintenance, diagnostics, and custom projectsWilling to learn to work on and service Vanderhall, GM Based Product (Autocycle)This is a performance-driven environment.
