Hybrid in Seattle, WA.Unable to work C2C.About the OpportunityWe are seeking a detail-oriented, execution-focused ERP Data Integration Analyst to support enterprise data integration and migration efforts as part of a high-visibility initiative involving the implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) and Dynamics 365 Project Operations.This role is critical to ensuring data accuracy, integrity, and consistency across a complex ecosystem of enterprise applications. The analyst will play a key role in defining data mappings, writing transformation rules, validating data across systems, supporting testing cycles, and ensuring seamless data flow between integration and migration outcomes.Role SummaryThe ERP Data Integration Analyst will support data integration and migration activities across D365, Dynamics 365 Project Operations, and multiple enterprise systems.This role is responsible for defining and documenting data mappings, writing and validating transformation rules, developing functional design documentation, supporting testing efforts, and ensuring data integrity throughout the integration lifecycle.The successful candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, internal technical teams, implementation partners, and project managers to translate data requirements into clearly defined specifications that developers can execute.This role requires strong attention to detail, the ability to analyze large datasets, and the capability to identify, troubleshoot, and lead resolution of data-related issues across systems.Key ResponsibilitiesData Mapping, Transformation & Integration SupportCreate and maintain detailed data mapping documents, including field definitions, transformation rules, and data flow logicWrite and validate transformation rules to ensure accurate data movement between systemsAnalyze source and target system data structures and define mapping logic across integrationsSupport integration design efforts by documenting requirements in a format consumable by development teamsCollaborate with integration teams leveraging MuleSoft, APIs, and other integration methods (no development required)Data Validation & Quality AssurancePerform comprehensive data validation including:– Validation of transformation logic– Validation between source and target systems– Validation against key reports and business outputs– Validation within target systems post-integrationAnalyze large datasets (primarily Excel) to identify discrepancies, exceptions, and data quality issuesDefine and execute reconciliation and data quality checksTrace and validate data requirements across data entity templates, functional design documents, DevOps artifacts, and reporting outputsTesting & Defect ResolutionSupport downstream data updates into Dynamics Project Operations as part of migration processesLead unit testing, integration testing, data migration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) effortsCreate detailed test cases aligned to data mappings and transformation rulesIdentify, analyze, and lead resolution of data-related defects and bugsPartner with development and integration teams to troubleshoot issues and validate fixesData Migration SupportSupport data migration activities from a legacy system to D365 F&O, including mapping updates and validationEnsure alignment of migrated data with downstream systems including Dynamics 365 Project OperationsWork as part of a broader team supporting data migration and integration executionBusiness & Technical CollaborationCommunicate effectively across both functional and technical audiencesAct as a liaison between business stakeholders and technical teams to gather and clarify data requirementsLead meetings to review data requirements, mapping logic, and design documentationCollaborate with implementation partner consultants to review solution design, custom development, and configuration impacts to dataWork closely with stakeholders, business owners, and project managers across multiple workstreamsTranslate business needs into structured, actionable documentation for development teamsDocumentation, Training & GovernanceAssist business users in understanding how data flows across systems and applicationsDevelop and maintain Functional Design Documents (FDDs) and data integration documentationCreate user guides outlining data definitions, field usage, and system data flowsMaintain documentation of integration processes, decisions, and configurationsLead and manage assigned stories and tasks within DevOps toolsEnsure alignment across data requirements, mappings, design documentation, and delivery artifactsIntegration LandscapeThis role will support integrations across a broad ecosystem of enterprise applications, automation platformsOther financial systemsRequired Qualifications8+ years of experience supporting ERP systems with a focus on data mapping, integration, or data analysisExperience working with ERP financial systems and familiarity with core financial and business processesStrong experience in data mapping, transformation rules, and data validation processesProven ability to work with large datasets (Excel-heavy analysis) to identify data issues and exceptionsExperience supporting ERP data integrations in complex system environmentsExperience creating test cases and supporting full testing lifecycle (unit, integration, UAT)Ability to identify, troubleshoot, and lead resolution of data-related defectsExperience creating Functional Design Documents and structured technical documentationStrong communication skills with the ability to work across business and technical teamsAbility to lead discussions, influence stakeholders, and operate without formal authorityPreferred QualificationsExperience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 (F&O and/or Project Operations)Experience in construction, project-based, or job cost accounting environmentsSQL experienceAgile delivery
