Possible stock options with IPO down the road.Qualifications:Strong Python Development experience with agile-like development processes, including continuous integration strategiesStrong background with Django Framework.Experience with NoSQL Databases (Mongo, couch, Hadoop, etc)Fast learner, creative thinker, problem solver Knowledge of Linux/Unix, and Oracle databasesTeam player, highly motivated and self-manageableResponsible, dedicated and responsive in non-working hours as neededExcellent interpersonal and communication skillsAction and detail oriented.
