Evette works exclusively with top-tier veterinary relief talent—reliable, knowledgeable, and compassionate.Located in Dallas, TX, Hybrid Schedule Job SummaryThe Senior Credentialing Manager to lead and oversee all credentialing and compliance functions for our growing veterinarian relief services company. This role is critical to ensure our veterinary professionals meet all regulatory, licensing, and client-specific requirements while maintaining full compliance with applicable laws and industry standards.The Senior Credentialing Manager will play a key role in supporting operational excellence, mitigating risk, and ensuring providers are fully credentialed and approved for assignment in a timely manner.  Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesCredentialing & Compliance Leadership• Manage the full lifecycle of DVM credentialing, including initial onboarding, re-credentialing, and ongoing maintenance• Verify and maintain active state licenses, DEA registrations and/or controlled substance license, education, board certifications, malpractice/PLIT insurance, and work history• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and DVM requirements• Maintain complete, accurate, and audit-ready credentialing files• Develop and maintain credentialing policies, procedures, and compliance standardsOnboarding & Employment Administration• Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes for all veterinary professionals• Manage employment status changes, renewals, contract updates, and reappointments• Ensure all documentation is completed and approved prior to provider start dates• Serve as a liaison between recruiting, operations, payroll, and client facilitiesLicense Tracking & Renewal Management• Proactively monitor and track expiration dates for licenses, certifications, registrations, and insurance• Coordinate timely renewals and ensure uninterrupted provider eligibilityPayroll Coordination, Rewards & Data Projects• Partner with payroll to ensure provider documentation supports accurate compensation processing• Maintain credentialing databases and tracking systems via company software platforms and MS Live Sheets• Manage DVM rewards benefits, tracking and data entry• Lead credentialing-related data projects, reporting initiatives, and process improvements• Analyze workflows to improve efficiency, accuracy, and compliance• Administrative duties, as needed• Other duties assigned Required Skills & Abilities• Exceptional organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail• Proven ability to manage multiple providers, deadlines, and documentation requirements simultaneously• Experience with credentialing software, HRIS systems, and database management• Strong written and verbal communication skills• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environmentCore Competencies• High level of accuracy and attention to detail• Strong time management and prioritization skills• Process-oriented and solutions-driven• Analytical mindset with strong documentation discipline• Professional discretion and confidentialityEducation & Experience• 3–5 years of credentialing and/or compliance experience within the human healthcare staffing industry (required)• Strong knowledge of healthcare credentialing standards and regulatory requirements• Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent professional experience, Business, Human Resources, etc. Physical Requirements• Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer.• Ability to lift 10–15 pounds as needed.• Ability to access and navigate organizational facilities.
