The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with LLMs, agentic frameworks, multi-step reasoning pipelines, orchestration tools, and integration of external systems/APIs. This role requires strong practical implementation capabilities — not just experimentation.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign and develop autonomous AI agent workflows for decision-making, task coordination, and reasoning.Build and optimize LLM-driven agents capable of planning, tool usage, retrieval, and iterative improvement.Integrate agents with APIs, enterprise applications, knowledge bases, and vector databases.Implement RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) and prompt-chaining workflows for accuracy and reliability.Evaluate multiple LLMs and frameworks to determine optimal model performance for different use cases.Debug hallucinations, improve reasoning quality, and enhance agent reliability.Collaborate with cross-functional engineering, product, and data teams to implement end-to-end agent workflows.Required Skills & Experience9-12+ years of software development experience (Python preferred).2-5+ years hands-on experience with LLMs and Generative AI solutions.Strong experience with Agentic AI frameworks (e.g., LangChain Agents, AutoGen, CrewAI, ReAct, Function Calling frameworks, or similar).Experience building RAG pipelines using Vector DBs (Pinecone, Weaviate, Chroma, FAISS, Elastic, etc.).Proficiency with OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, or Llama model APIs.Hands-on experience with orchestration tools: Azure OpenAI, Hugging Face, LlamaIndex, Databricks Model Serving, Ray, or Airflow.Understanding of tool-use reasoning, multi-step planning, and agent feedback loops.Strong debugging skills to reduce hallucinations & improve reliability of agent workflows.Good to HaveExperience building enterprise copilots or workflow automation with AI.Knowledge of MLOps, CI/CD pipelines, and model deployment best practices.Experience with API integrations, microservices, and event-driven systems.
