The Housing Support Coach facilitates family reunification by helping caregivers overcome housing barriers. You will develop goal-oriented action plans, navigate DHS and community resources, and assist clients in securing safe, affordable housing. Responsibilities include conducting housing workshops, advocating for tenant rights, and maintaining precise case documentation to ensure contract compliance.BSW with case management experience, and a commitment to "Housing First" principles. Successful candidates are organized, culturally sensitive communicators who can manage a demanding workload while empowering families toward self-sufficiency.
