Job DescriptionJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Registered Nurse to join our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit on a full-time day shift. This role is ideal for RNs with at least one year of acute care experience in a cardiac, telemetry, or stepdown setting who thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.As a Registered Nurse in our Cardiac/Telemetry Unit, you will provide individualized bedside care utilizing the nursing process, collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, and ensure the highest quality outcomes for our cardiac patients. You will also take part in initiatives like hourly rounding and may serve in a charge nurse capacity as needed.Delivering direct patient care in accordance with the nursing process and hospital policiesCollaborating with physicians and multidisciplinary teams to create and implement care plansSupervising and delegating tasks to other members of the healthcare teamParticipating in quality and safety initiativesMaintaining accurate documentation and adhering to safety protocolsSpecial SkillsStrong interpersonal and communication skillsAbility to remain calm and efficient under pressureCommitment to delivering exceptional patient care and customer serviceBasic computer proficiencyLeadership qualities and ability to mentor junior staff when neededMinimum RequirementsExperience: Minimum of one year of acute care nursing experience in Cardiac, Telemetry, CVICU, or ICU settingsEducation: Associate's Degree in Nursing or equivalentCertifications:Current RN license in the State of Arizona (or eligible)BLS (Basic Life Support)ACLS (Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support) - required upon completion of orientationPreferred RequirementsExperience: Two or more years in a cardiac stepdown or progressive care unitEducation: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN)#LI-MB1Join our dedicated healthcare team where compassion meets innovation!
