Clinical Program Manager

Description: The Clinical Manager is responsible for all duties and oversight of CASSY services assigned to them. Duties include direct supervision of site associates, and school-based therapists, providing clinical supervision and trainings to promote growth. They act as a leader within CASSY (Counseling and Support Services for Youth), fostering strength based trust with districts. They will inform and revise programs and assist in the development of policies and guidelines to assure the best outcomes. As a team member of CASSY, the Clinical Program Manager works collaboratively and reports to the Director of Student Services and is the main point of contact for CASSY for their schools, and school districts. 1. LCSW, LMFT, LPCC, or Licensed Clinical Psychologist, with 2 years post licensure 2. Current registration in good standing with the BBS and completed requirements for clinical supervision. 3. Minimum two years’ experience providing clinical supervision to associates, interns, or trainee’s 4. Minimum three years providing therapeutic services to children or youth, including experience within an academic setting 5. Excellent written and oral communications skills. 6. Creative, resourceful, ethical and professional. 7. Collaborative with the ability to work independently and with a variety of stakeholders 8. Have knowledge and understanding of all legal and ethical state and BBS requirement standards Requirements: RESPONSIBILITIES: 1. Assist in planning and implementing overall program protocols in accordance with the mission, vision and goals of the organization. 2. Develop new initiatives and programs using evidenced-based interventions. 3. Develop and implement long-term goals and objectives in collaboration with district and school/district program staff to achieve the successful outcome of the program. 4. Develop forms and records to document program activities in conjunction with Director of Student Services.. 5. Participate in recruitment, interviewing and selecting well qualified clinical staff. 6. Provide guidance and oversight of all disciplinary needs, including but not limited to all crisis, safety concerns, professionalism, compliance, and documentation 7. Attend and/or present at all required trainings, community presentations, school events, etc, which can include some evenings and weekends. 8. Performs other duties as assigned. Duties: 1. Mentor, coach, and provide clinical trainings to support site supervisors, associates, and school-based therapist, building on strengths and team support, enhancing their clinical growth. 2. Assist in all safety issues, concerns or crisis. 3. Provide annual performance evaluations, ongoing performance feedback, and guide professional development plans of assigned staff. 4. Provide clinical supervision to staff as mandated by the BBS guidelines. 5. Be available for observation of individual or family therapy, or crisis consultation as needed. 6. Review and approve therapist clinical documentation, including oversight of Site Supervisors and their teams’ clinical documentation. Ensure all legal and ethical standards are followed. 7. Create and maintain a file on each supervisee, and document all interactions. 8. Build strength-based collaborative relationships with schools and assigned districts 9. Schedule regular check-in meetings with schools and districts to ensure and maintain relationships, strengthening our partnership 10. Work with CASSY staff and school staff to ensure smooth transition of new academic year and close-out at the end of the academic year. 11. Oversee statistics for the entire community and report out as needed. 12. Ensure compliance of contract obligations and CASSY performance objectives of staff under their supervision. 13. Attend district and community meetings and activities as requested to represent CASSY. 14. Field calls and inquiries for assigned districts/communities. 15. Be available to assist and/or provide crisis support and intervention across districts and on campus if needed 16. Provide a cultural humility framework with working with students, parents, schools, staff 17. and community.
