You will also supports the Regional Sales Manager for Latin America.Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, mail or social media.Responsible for maintaining a high level of professionalism with internal and external customers, working to establish a positive rapport with every interaction.Ensure Salesforce.com (SFDC) utilization is in compliance with expectations.Update customer/account information in SFDC during and after each callRespond and route website leads in SFDCGenerate quotes using SFDCClose quotes in SFDC once purchase orders are receivedCollaborate with RSM and ISR entering tasks, calls, and activity via SFDCResolves product or service problems by clarifying the customer's complaint; determining the cause of the problem; selecting and explaining the best solution to solve the problem; expediting corrective action; following up to ensure resolution.Respond to customers inquirers within the established response time.Understanding basic pricing strategies of key accounts for both domestic, Canada, and Latin AmericaAnswers telephone and gives information to callers or routes call to appropriate sales manager. Reads and routes incoming mailReport on established company rebate programsFiles and copies correspondence and other records.Sends out literature or pricing requests by mail, phone, or e-mail.Code, clarify, and process (enter) all incoming orders in Epicor for the Hospitality Division, for both Domestic and Latin American sales.Handle the arrangements for sales meetings. This may include, but not limited to hotel arrangements, food & beverage requirements during the meeting, lunch & dinner reservations, meeting material preparation, meeting room reservation & organization.Assist with all aspects of tradeshow coordinationQUALIFICATIONSAssociate's degree (A. A.) or equivalent from two-year College or technical school; or three to five years relevant experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.Bilingual in Spanish and English is a plus (not required)Familiar with product structure, bill of materials, routers, prints, etc.Excellent written skills. Strong organizational and communication skills.Mechanical aptitude. Technical and detail oriented.Strong problem-solving skills, ability to analyze a situation and define a solution.Work well under pressure, meets deadlines and commitments to customers.Software ApplicationsProficient with Microsoft Office products (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)Salesforce or similar CRM platformZoom, Microsoft Teams, or similar video conferencing platformsEpicor or similar ERP softwareITR Group offers a competitive compensation and benefits package, including medical, dental, and 401(k) for eligible employees. The salary range for this type of role is approximately $50,000-63,000. This range is an estimate and not a guarantee of compensation.
