Image prodcution program Manager

Responsibilities: Organize and manage information at both high-level and detailed levels to support program oversight Track and prepare deliverables for localization across image production workflows Manage communications with creative and production teams, from one-on-one interactions to group settings Coordinate with creative and production teams while respecting the creative process Make strategic decisions, solve problems, and maintain focus on both detail and broader objectives Manage multiple concurrent tasks while maintaining strong organization and prioritization Support asset preparation and ensure compliance with technical requirements for image reproduction Qualifications Required Bachelor's degree in a related field 5+ years of professional experience in image production, program management, or related fields Solid understanding of project management tools Proficiency with Photoshop Solid understanding of print formats, resolution, color space, and technical requirements for asset reproduction Exceptional organizational, time management, and prioritization skills Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to work effectively under pressure in a fast-paced, creative environment Proven capability to manage through diplomacy and interpersonal effectiveness Flexibility to accommodate rapid change and willingness to learn quickly Preferred Solution-oriented mindset and problem-solving approach Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with creative teams
