Manufacturing AssociateWe are currently hiring Manufacturing Associates to support our 2nd shift production team. The Manufacturing team plays a critical role in ensuring quality, accuracy, and daily output goals are met.Location: Brighton, COPay Rate: $25.00/hourSchedule: MondayFriday, 2:00 PM 10:30 PMOur team manufactures and packages exterior caulk for commercial construction companies. The caulking is formulated and packaged on-site at our Brighton manufacturing facility. If you have experience in heavy manufacturing, production, or construction and enjoy physical, team-based workthis is a great opportunity!Key Responsibilities:Operating and supporting production and packaging equipmentMonitoring product flow and ensuring materials are processed efficientlyHandling finished product, including transferring, stacking, and palletizing materialsPerforming basic quality checks and accurately completing production documentationPackaging finished product, verifying labels, and preparing items for shipmentMaintaining a clean, organized, and safe work areaWorking collaboratively with teammates and supervisors to meet daily production goalsRequired Qualifications:At least 1 year of heavy manufacturing or production experience OR construction or general labor experienceAbility to perform physically demanding work in a manufacturing environmentWhy Work Here?Consistent weekday schedule no rotating shiftsHands-on, active work environmentOpportunity for long-term stability and growthJob Type & LocationThis is a Contract to Hire position based out of Brighton, CO.Pay and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 - $25.00/hr.
