Role Description The Preventative Maintenance Technician role is a full-time, on-site position located in Mesquite, TX. The individual will be responsible for performing routine maintenance and inspections on equipment, diagnosing and troubleshooting issues, and carrying out preventive measures to ensure the safe and efficient operation of machinery. Additional responsibilities include conducting repairs, documenting maintenance activities, and collaborating with team members to maintain industrial systems at peak performance. Qualifications Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance techniquesStrong skills in Troubleshooting to identify and resolve mechanical and technical issuesExperience in Maintenance & Repair of machinery and related equipmentKnowledge of Industrial Maintenance practicesProficiency in using tools, equipment, and diagnostic devicesDetail orientation and problem-solving skillsPhysical capability to work in an industrial environmentPrevious experience in similar roles and technical certifications are a plus
