Floor Coordinator

Floor Coordinator Pay: $16Schedule: Monday-Friday from 6:00 AM- 4:30 PM - 6:00 PM ( Two to three Saturdays a month )Position Description:Will be responsible for the ongoing production of safe and defect-free products.Will be coordinating with supporting departments such as quality, engineering, and sanitation to ensure product integrity.Review daily/weekly production schedules and work with the senior leadership on capacity and scheduling issues. Coordinate activities to support the production schedule.Ensure all resources (people, materials, and tools) are available in the respective areas and notify management if additional resources are needed.Identify containers, vessels, and processing equipment with the appropriate information to indicate the product being contained or processed; match all labels, and quantities with the batch record formula.Review, maintain, and thoroughly complete production documentation, including but not limited to production batch records.Monitor the production process and report any abnormal conditions to the Production SupervisorWill be using Good Documentation Practices (GDP), to ensure all paperwork is filled out, legibly, and accurately. Ensure all required information is documented by SOP’s.Maintain a clean, sanitary, and safe work environment.Performs other duties as assignedPosition Requirements:School diploma or equivalent preferredMust be bilingualMust be able to lift up to 30 IbsMust be familiar with work order processes and proficient with good manufacturing practicesMust have basic math skills including counting, addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions, and decimals.Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and computer-based applications.Must be able to work in an environment where you are exposed to sensitive food ingredients and allergens.Must be willing to work at a fast-paced and always-changing manufacturing environment.Must be willing to work flexible hours including overtime, weekends, and holidays.Must pay good attention to detail.Required to pass all pre-employment screens (including drug, background, and criminal checks)Company Hiring RequirementsE-VerifyNo sexual or violent crimesAssociate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.Must have experience within the food and beverage industry is preferred.Must have one (1) year related experience required
