Representatives will generate leads from current customers, make policy changes, and assist call-ins with their insurance needs. Team members receive bonuses for generating leads from current customers and there is no limit to the amount of bonus they are eligible to receive. Representatives will go through training in insurance, customer service, and our industry leading systems.
