As a Lead Caregiver, you'll make a meaningful impact by providing compassionate care, Training & Leading a dedicated team, collaborating with clients and their families, connect with families when they are the most vulnerable: when they are going home from a hospital or a rehab center. Main Responsibilities: Start the case and stabilize all new clients. Training of the caregivers & Skills assessments Assist with immediate or emergency coverage to bridge the gap Assist with field visits to check on clients. Assist with other caregiver/ client-centered tasks.
